Cotswold Doors is proud to be playing a key role in a large-scale refurbishment project, having been appointed to manufacture and supply over 150 BM TRADA Q-Mark certified FD30S and FD60S doorsets — all produced in-house at our dedicated manufacturing facility.

These fully compliant fire doorsets come complete with CE-marked ironmongery, CNC machined and fitted by our skilled production team. The scope of this project includes the supply and installation of doors across:

  • Apartment entryways

  • Penthouse accommodation

  • Communal areas including stairwells and corridors

  • Mechanical and electrical riser cupboards

One of the core challenges of this project has been the requirement for bespoke non-standard dimensions, tailored to suit the existing architecture. Our team’s flexibility, technical capability, and focus on precision manufacturing enabled us to deliver high volumes without compromising on fit or compliance.

We’re pleased to be supporting a highly skilled joinery installation company and working alongside experienced main contractors in bringing this challenging project to life. The success of this delivery marks a strong step forward for further repeat business opportunities.
